Please note that while we may offer "Free Shipping" on some orders, shipping costs within Australia can be significant. We absorb these costs in some cases to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • All exchanges or returns for non-damaged products will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Orders canceled prior to shipment will incur a 3.5% merchant services charge to account for transaction fees, plus any applicable supplier restocking or cancellation fees.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased through our website unless the product is faulty or defective.
  • Membership fees for accessing exclusive products, content, or features are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:

  • You must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
  • The product will be inspected to determine whether the fault or defect was due to misuse or negligence. If it is found that the issue was caused by your actions, a refund or replacement will not be provided.
