At The Amarok Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or special-order items may have longer processing times (details will be provided on the product page).
🚨 Important: If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Standard & Express Shipping: Rates vary by region and product size.
- Bulky, Oversized, or Heavy Items: May incur additional freight charges. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Remote & Rural Locations: Some areas may require additional shipping fees.
🚨 Important: We do not offer free shipping unless stated on specific promotions.
5. Tracking & Delivery Updates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website for real-time updates.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking details or contact us for assistance.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL) & Delivery Requirements
- If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier will leave the package at your delivery address if no one is available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
- If no ATL is provided and no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may:
- Leave a collection card for pickup at your local depot/post office.
- Attempt redelivery (fees may apply).
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
🚨 Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be required to pay for re-shipping.
- No refunds will be provided for shipping costs due to incorrect addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
🚨 Damaged Deliveries:
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will assess the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund (subject to approval).
🚨 Lost Shipments:
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- If the package is still missing, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
9. International Shipping
At this time, The Amarok Shop only ships within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
