Return & Refund Policy – The Amarok Shop
1. General Policy
At The Amarok Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality automotive products. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photos of the product and packaging before approving a return.
✅ Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 Change of Mind Returns: We accept change-of-mind returns under strict conditions (see below).
3. Change of Mind Returns
- Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Any signs of use, installation, or tampering with the product will result in the return being rejected.
- Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. No exceptions.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping fees for change-of-mind returns.
- Approval Required: All change-of-mind returns must be pre-approved by our team. Contact us via email before shipping any items back.
4. Return & Refund Process
1️⃣ Contact Us First: Email our support team at theamarokshop@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe with:
- Your order number
- Photos (if applicable)
- Reason for return
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
3️⃣ Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund (minus restocking fees) will be processed within 7-14 business days.
5. Refunds & Store Credits
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus shipping fees and applicable restocking fees.
- No refunds on shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Store Credit Option: If preferred, we can offer a store credit instead of a refund.
6. Exclusions – No Returns Accepted
🚫 We do NOT accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging or in poor condition
- Clearance, sale, or special order items
- Custom or made-to-order products
7. Warranty Claims
- If your item is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us for assistance. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
- Warranty claims do not cover: misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
8. Return Shipping Instructions
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Ensure your item is packaged securely. We are not liable for damage that occurs during return shipping.
- We recommend using tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
